Tesla Wall Charger won’t go over 32amps? [resolved - model 3 RWD vehicle]

I had an electrician install a 60amp breaker with 100amp line to a Tesla Gen 3 wall charger. (I am anticipating an upgraded charger for when Cybertruck comes out.) The charger works but limits the amperage output to 32amp. Somehow, i have been able to connect to charger to install to Charger at 60amp. However, when i connect my model 3RWD to the wall charger, it is recognized no greater than 32amp. My electrician says i should be pulling 48amp. Please point me in the right direction. Thank you.
