Obviously it not just me--as I am not the OP. It would appear to be a DNS replication issue. Perhaps they have changed their ip address and this has not yet been fully replicated across the WWW although folks in some regions may properly resolve well others in different regions using different DNS servers cannot.
 
Ok. I had communications with the folks over there...

Their provider had a DNS outage. Which prompted them to quickly switch to a new DNS.

If you clear your browser cache and flush your local DNS everything should work.

Otherwise, it takes time for DNS to propagate.
