This is the first performance w/ upgrade package (PUP) I’ve seen with 9000’s vin. Hope this means a batch is coming out!Woke up this morning to a vin and MVPA, and two emails from my delivery advisor. I’m in Houston. White Performance with black interior and the upgrade package and no hitch.
Just waiting on insurance. Vin is in the 9000’s
Congrats!I pinged my account rep this morning since I noticed a VIN a couple days ago and within minutes of sending that e-mail I got the MVPA and confirmation of the VIN. I'm finalizing my insurance and financing, so I'm very close to getting a delivery date now. Need to schedule my electrician to install my charger now. Does anyone from Houston have a good PPF/Tint installer? Just found out mine retired! He gave me a reference but I'm interested in others possibly. I'll update when I get a delivery date but it looks like Tesla is finally moving on the backlog of orders. Hooray!

They kept the original quote. It didn't change, so I assume it was still go or didn't get reevaluated. Maybe I'm lucky and my car's value hasn't changed in that time. The quote from Tesla was lower that I wanted but when I started checking around I couldn't find anything higher including CarMax. I'm trying to get all paper work wrapped up today so I hopefully get a delivery date set soon.I remember reading in some thread here you were un-sure about your trade in. What ended up happening with that?
In my case it's looking like 17 days but that's including transport to my door in NM.So I confirmed my loan funded and the insurance info is updated, so now just waiting on Tesla. Anyone know how long after funding it takes to get the car?
Congrats! Same specs here. Glad to see more of these specs coming outDid my daily morning routine with my coffee looking for a VIN through source code search and BAM! Got a VIN for an AWD white/black interior with 20s no FSD ordered 3/24/20. Now the real anticipation sets in as I wait for a delivery date and crossing my fingers my trade in quote stays the same.
Yes it is. When I got my VIN, I called my agent and had it added. Then I attached the insurance card to the account. She made the coverage effective immediately for now but we will adjust when I get my delivery date.Is adding the MY to my insurance required before delivery? I didn't think it was in Texas.

I'm still waiting on my delivery date. My account rep asked for confirmation on my loan and I e-mailed my loan officer at Alliant to send the funding information to my account rep. That was Friday afternoon. I hope I get something soon. At this point I'm not sure what the next step is. I know they need the payment before they ship.
In other news.... I went to the Houston Galleria and test drove a Model Y today. It is a dual motor with the 20 inch wheels. Drove it to my house and back and I have to say I don't have any buyers remorse. It is everything I expected. Can't wait to get mine. Pic of the car is below, it was MSM with black interior. I have to say, I'm so glad I waited and didn't get the M3. I love the seating position and the room in the car. The M3 always seemed a bit tight on the inside for me. The Y has plenty of room for 4 people. You can easily road trip with 4 in this car, but I have to say that 5 people would only be good for shorter drives. Storage space is bountiful. The ride was better than my current ride (16 Acura RDX) and handling was awesome. I also glad I didn't go with the Performance model as the Dual Motor acceleration is so much better than what I have now, it would have been a waste of money in my case. One thing I noticed is the tail gate goes up pretty high. Don't open it in a garage until you measure and set the opening height! If you haven't driven it yet, let me know if you have questions.
