Text Messages on screen?

Will the Model 3 display incoming text messages on the screen?

With our phones docked and under the console cover we won’t be able to see if a text has been received.

My STI displays the message on my nav and I can respond (or send a new message) via Siri from a steering wheel button.

Will it? Almost certainly. When will it? Based on auto-wipers, it's anyone's guess.
