As someone who is a bit "skeptical" about the over enthusiastic noise around the Model 3, it's actually good to see EM getting out in front of some of the rampant speculation around the Model 3. Normally, I see some of his Tweets as irresponsible.
Glad to see it's culling the herd.
So, to recap Model 3 information today:

No HUD, center screen only
RWD only to start
Model Y years out
