I thought that the wrapping from the factory was inadequate, so I fully wrapped it with felted wiring tape and then used a split wiring loom mesh as a jacket. Don’t want to damage these wires since it’s directly exposed to a cargo area, especially if the false floor is at the lower level. I do not have a before picture but perhaps someone can share theirs.
