I think that auto check is wrong because the VIN is wrong. That's not a Model S VIN - not sure what else he's trying to hide. Listed as New too, but if he took delivery and has 500 miles on it, it's not new.
gotta be a fraudulent post. vin number pulls a totaled 2001 Porsche 911. even if the car is an MS and for some reason the idiot put the wrong VIN number, it's still not a 'new' car and needs to be relabeled as 'used' and VIN number corrected (and price dropped too but i guess he can remain in that dream world). i reported it as fraudulent (vehicle misrepresentation) to ebay.
Looks about as stupid as what is being offered by local big used car stealership - They want €130K for used, not even fully equiped MS when I can order new fully loaded MS for €100K.
