This Happened During My Delivery

At least, you had a delivery experience. They basically handed me my card key and pointed at the car. It took me 5 minutes to figure out how to open the door. Love the car, except for the constant rattle (vibration) from the dash board, which they’ve failed to fix so far. Another appointment tomorrow

LOL, I found the deal by contacting Tesla through their online contact form versus going through the customizing online process. I would urge anyone looking to buy a Tesla to always go through the national sales channel versus just going online.

Lease returns would be just another reason for Tesla to include a way to clear the browser (current and history) or, at least, designate a home page w/button to quickly load innocuous site. I presume that Tesla’s normal return inspection would include a computer reset to remove such histories as well as Bluetooth connections, etc. but maybe that got missed or isn’t a complete reset.

If it was store employees...

For a second.. I thought really the "wheels" fell off. I was thinking ...how? which way.. side ways? I have this cartoon animation in my mind where the wheels just drop to the sides and the body of the car drops down to the ground.
Yeah, similar with me, but I was sort of skimming through the post originally, interpreted it as the software thought the wheels had fallen off :p

a few small issues (missing the Performance spoiler
Is Tesla really still delivering Performance Model 3's with the missing spoiler? At this point I have made up my mind to leave it off my M3P sort of as a future badge of honor. I will also not request installation of the missing Model 3 Dual Motor trunk badging for the same reason. It makes me feel like a teenager again driving around a sleeper.

Mine arrived on a truck. The truck driver backed it out and parked it in front of my house but didn't know anything about it. I had to phone Tesla to figure out how to make it work. I've never tried the browser, though. A web browser in a car seems like a dumb idea. But I guess I should check and see if I got any free porn with the car. I think mine might have been the first Model 3 in Spokane.

Had a similar experience when I went on a test drive. My fiancé and I were in the car with the sales guy and we had just returned to the store. I was asking about other features and brought up the web browser and the sales guy was happy to show it off......until it loaded a page full of porn.

He became so embarrassed while my fiancé and I just laughed at the situation. He was trying to cover the screen with his hand while he use the other to try and load a different webpage. Definitely awkward for him but you have to know people want to know if it’ll work or not!

You know the saying in advertising... sex really sells!

Model S, Model 3, Model X, and now Model Y...
spells...
“S3XY” or “SEXY”
