It hasn't been a month since I got my Model Y, but my tire was flat. I was running freeway when I suddenly got Tire pressure sensor warning and stopped in the nearest parking lot to check, and the tire pressure number became 1 in less than 10 seconds after I heard the wind gust. I got tire service through Roadside on the Tesla app. It didn't repair and had to be replaced. It cost about $320 and the service was great. A large iron wire was plugged into the tire.
