Tire shop recommendations>

Hi all, pretty new to the forum.

My question is, are tire shops such as Discount, NTB, Firestone, etc., knowledgeable about the differences (jack points, pucks, etc.) in lifting a Tesla vs any ICE car? I need front tires replaced (backs just done two weeks ago, at the SC on an emergency basis. It cost me just short of my firstborn). I see TireRack can ship to a discount tire locally, but don't know if they'll lift the car correctly.

FYI - TireRack was acquired by DiscountTire a while ago. Get their tire certificates for the tires you already bought at Tesla. Also works if you have a brand new Tesla.

+1 last time I had a patch, I was concerned because I didn’t see them use a puck at the jack point. A few days later I discovered they accidentally left it in there. When I returned it, they said they wondered where it went!
