Track Wheels + Tires on a Road Trip

I was a little concerned about taking a long road trip (over 600 miles each way) driving on 9.5 inch wheels and 275mm 200TW tires. Fortunately, my consumption was actually quite a bit better than I was expecting it to be. If anyone else is planning a similar long trip on track wheels and tires, this might be helpful information. Note I had about 500lbs of weight in the car including myself, my wife, baby, luggage, and two spare tires.

Leg 1: 124 Miles, 71mph Avg, 379Wh/Mi
Leg 2: 114 Miles, 61mph Avg, 367Wh/Mi
Leg 3: 78 Miles, 66mph Avg, 367Wh/Mi
Leg 4: 123 Miles, 73mph Avg, 363Wh/Mi
Leg 5: 91 Miles, 68mph Avg, 353Wh/Mi
Leg 6: 136 Miles, 68mph Avg, 352Wh/Mi

And then the return trip:

Leg 1: 137 Miles, 67mph Avg, 355Wh/Mi
Leg 2: 99 Miles, 70mph Avg, 343Wh/Mi
Leg 3: 83 Miles, 65mph Avg, 377Wh/Mi
Leg 4: 144 Miles, 66mph Avg, 336Wh/Mi
Leg 5: 96 Miles, 72mph Avg, 344Wh/Mi
Leg 6: 122 Miles, 71mph Avg, 363Wh/Mi

Ambient temperatures were in the 80's, no rain to speak of.

Overall, you should expect between 350 and 375Wh/Mi at 70mph.

Now you don't have an excuse not to book that next track day several hours away!

Can you show where you put the two spares tires and luggage in the trunk?
