I was a little concerned about taking a long road trip (over 600 miles each way) driving on 9.5 inch wheels and 275mm 200TW tires. Fortunately, my consumption was actually quite a bit better than I was expecting it to be. If anyone else is planning a similar long trip on track wheels and tires, this might be helpful information. Note I had about 500lbs of weight in the car including myself, my wife, baby, luggage, and two spare tires.
