No, not any more. Back in late '12 and early '13, Tesla was enabling the remote access as part of the final tests before they left the factory. And because of that, we could track our cars until they were offshore. And when they arrived at the port in Hawaii. It was a big game. But Tesla got tired of owners that had not taken delivery using the app to flash the lights and honk the horn. They became pretty reliable at the factory of disabling remote access. So it also arrives in your area and they don't enable it for you even just before delivery. These days, its disabled and you turn it on yourself. So, short answer to your question - No.
