They completed removed it on the UK site. A few days ago it already wasn't loading, and now the trade in section has been removed from the menu.

At a guess, all the 2020 3s are coming up to end of lease/PCP and they‘ve probably got more used inventory than they know what to do with making pricing a challenge.
I finally managed to get this working by going in via the us site and adding a random zip code for NYC anyway got a call from a sales rep who explained they are no longer giving prices for trade in unless and order is placed, in which case you pay the deposit and then a few days later they send the trade in amount.
