Trade in quote

I have a M3 LR ready for delivery and was waiting written confirmation of my preciously offered trade in price of over £26,000 which had been confirmed by phone. Today I’ve received a Tesla email with trade in quote of £1!! Has anyone had similar experience and know what is going on. I know the used car market has imploded but I had a confirmed offer. Help please
