Ordered a Plaid last month and got lucky with delivery this week. I have a model 3 I'm trading in to Tesla. However, when I enter the basic details in the trade in flow in the iOS app (odometer, etc) it goes to the next screen for taking photos and whatnot, but the screen is completely blank. It has been doing this for weeks. Confirmed I'm on the latest version of the iOS app and the latest version of iOS. Things I've tried:
1. Contacting Tesla support dozens of times, they suggested the same few workarounds that didn't work
2. Force quitting the app and trying again
3. Deleting and reinstalling the app and trying again
4. Installing the app on a different device (iPad) and trying again
5. Leaving the screen open for an hour case it eventually loaded something
None of it worked. Has this happened to anyone else before, if so what did you do to fix it? If the app just doesn't work at all for this, what else can I try so I can actually do the trade in when I pick up the new car?
