Trade-In SMS - Can't find reservation number

I got the ability last night to access the trade-in and payment method tabs on my account after placing a LR AWD order on 11/4. Filled out the credit application through Tesla, but when I try to access the link they send via text for the trade-in self-eval, it says "Unable to find matching Reservation Number for this user." Has anyone seen this before? Should I be expected to receive a call from my Tesla Delivery Specialist sometime soon? That's who it says to contact, but no one has reached out.

You can expect anything but I would be more proactive. It may show back up in a day or two but I would not "expect" that.

You can call but I would go over there and speak to the manager. They can do deep dives of the VIN and RN databases to find yours.

Note that the trade in pages may not request a picture of the Title. This will cause the trade in system to fail. You will never get any feedback with no reason given. But you won't know that until you talk to them.
