Trip counter bug after 1000km

Hi.

I have a couple of long roadtrips in my roadster each year. I always reset the trip counter before I start and have noticed that when it passes 1000 km it starts to count from 0 again and the Wh/km meter jumps to 99.9, and stays that way.

Anyone else seen this?

Yes, @tomsax wrote about this a couple of years ago. IIRC, he was driving from Seattle area down to TMC Connect in Monterey and wanted the trip odo to aggregate the data for the full trip, but lost the data when the distance passed 1000 miles. So it goes farther for those of us who choose miles than for those who choose km.
