Trunk trying to close on its own?

Just got our new Model X 100D last night. Today, we went to the grocery store. Auto locking is set. We opened the trunk to get groceries out, and I got out of the car with the key in my pocket. While leaning into the back to get the groceries, the trunk door started closing onto us, and hit my mom in the head before beeping and reversing back up.

Anyone experience this? Do we have a setting that isn't correct? How do we safely get items out of the trunk? Does the trunk automatically close after a fixed time or if you walk away from it? Thanks!

You must have auto close all doors on a single click of the 'roof' of the keyfob. Most people with set this to a triple click to prevent this. So basically, you clicked the fob in your pocket when you tried to pickup groceries.
