That assumes that people with $50,000+ trucks use them as trucks. The VAST majority of the time, those trucks have a payload of 1 person and a cup of coffee for the daily commute. The large market value proposition of a $50,000 car is as a truck. Well, that's where my frustration comes from, the fact that I know human life is precious and the whole reason I want to get an EV is to make the world a better place for my daughter and her children. I understand the importance of society switching to producing and using renewable energy and now I have to continue to pollute the Earth with my ICE car until the end of this year. Just sucks and I'm burnt out, but nothing can be done. So we wait.....Just take a break from the forum for a bit, have a brewsky, and revel in the fact you’re even alive to enjoy the sun on your face because perspective.
Sure but it's a LARGE cup of coffee. The VAST majority of the time, those trucks have a payload of 1 person and a cup of coffee for the daily commute.
If you own your home, and you do not have solar on your roof yet, buying a PV system will do something to help the planet and the return on investment is pretty good in most states. You can usually do it with little or no down payment.Well, that's where my frustration comes from, the fact that I know human life is precious and the whole reason I want to get an EV is to make the world a better place for my daughter and her children. That is my intent since I am having to wait on my Model 3 is to install solar and put down a reservation for a PowerWall. If you own your home, and you do not have solar on your roof yet, buying a PV system will do something to help the planet and the return on investment is pretty good in most states. I'm getting whiplash from this early action.
So far Launch, Land and Relaunch ?
Edit: Three big spikes, some seem hard at work to try to keep it down.
