Unable to find 'Mobile Service' on my app BC

I am unable to order a MOBILE service on my app. The videos and owners manual say : Tap Service,- Tap Manage (but no 'Manage' is on my App).
Is there a phone number for this? If so I can't find it (lots of info and chats to purchase something but nothing for service) I have spent a half hour and it keeps trying to make an appointment 400 klms away for what should be a simple
tech visit.

You'll have to make a service appointment, in the notes that you type describing the cars issues, you can request mobile service.

Last time I requested service it asked for an address first.
So, put in home address, then answered other stuff.
The service folks will make some decisions or have questions
and will contact you
through the app
about the service and location and whatever else they
think necessary.
