Undercarriage Damage from Delivery? How?

Has anyone dealt with this before? I went to go pick something up off the ground next the car and something caught my eye.
I looked underneath and the undercarriage (the side black plastic trim where the jack points are, not the actual middle portion where its metal or composite) was absolutely gouged. DEEP scratches running down the length of both sides, passenger and driver side. Driver side actually spanning the whole length.

The way it looks, I think its from delivery as the damage is uniform, straight lines all the way down. Jack points are also a bit damaged. I made an appointment at the SC to see if I can get this replaced but is this normal? I'm hoping they don't point fingers saying that it was user created.
Tesla has to be one of the only brands where you may have to start looking UNDERNEATH the car at delivery.
