We know this is Texas for now
Think it creates a new market where VPPs and renewable energies available are supplied to these unlimited buyers
No waiting for net metering credits
Cash directly to those supplying energy

Wind/Solar<—$——Energy—> Unlimited Buyers
Like a marketplace bypassing rhe utilities
(Well using rhe utility wires to move the energy)

You left out where this might be available. In Texas, Tesla is listed as one of the many energy providers. Its my understanding from others in Texas who have posted, that there are energy providers in Texas that have plans where energy during that time frame is COMPLETELY FREE, so this obviously would not be a big deal there.
If this was in California, it would be a big deal (and Tesla would quickly go bankrupt with charging costs, most likely). So, where exactly is this?
Every plan in Texas doesnt have free nights, people on a plan there with that feature pay more for power during the day. This is second hand knowledge because I dont live there, but there are regular members of the Tesla energy subforum who do and have posted about having a free nights energy plan.
