Unlock Charge Port on Dead as a Doorknob 2014 Model S

My 2014 model S has about 60,000 miles on it so battery should be fine. Let it sit without charging in cold weather and now it is dead. Can’t open charge port even with phone app. It is an earlier model so it can’t push open either. Any thoughts? Needed to get repairs after a storm but can’t charge to get to repair shop.

If it is the door that won't open. Press the left side of the door, or use voice command "open butthole". You need a working 12 volt battery for this to work. Sounds like you need to jump your battery, or replace.
You can also open the charge port door using
any of these methods:
• On the touchscreen, use the app launcher
to open the Charging app, then touch
Open Charge Port.
• On the Model S touchscreen, touch
Controls > Quick Controls then touch the
charging icon.
• Press the charge port door when Model S
is unlocked or a recognized key is nearby.
• On the key, hold down the rear trunk
button for 1-2 seconds.

If it is the charge port that is locked, Do you have the manual release?

Manually Releasing Charge Cable
If the usual methods for releasing a charge
cable from the charge port (using the charge
handle release button, touchscreen, or mobile
app) do not work, carefully follow these steps:
1. Ensure that Model S is not actively
charging by displaying the charging
screen on the touchscreen. If necessary,
touch Stop Charging.
2. Open the rear trunk.
3. Open the flap on the left side of the trunk
side trim.
4. Press and hold the charge port's manual
release lever towards the front of the
vehicle to unlatch the charge cable.
A Warning: Do not touch or attempt to
remove the orange High Voltage
cover. Failure to follow these
instructions can result in electric
shock and serious injury.
Note: If your vehicle does not have a
charge port manual release lever,
discontinue this procedure and contact
your closest Service Center.
Note: The orientation of the manual
release lever may vary depending on
market region.
5. Pull the charge cable from the charge
port.
6. Close the flap on the left side of the trunk
side trim.
Caution: The release lever is designed for
use only in situations where the charge
cable cannot be released from the charge
port using the usual methods. Continuous
use may result in damage to the release
lever or charging equipment.
A Warning: Do not perform this procedure
while your vehicle is charging or if any
orange high voltage conductors are
exposed. Failure to follow these
instructions can result in electric shock
and serious injury or damage to the
vehicle. If you have any uncertainty as to
how to safely perform this procedure,
contact your closest Service Center.

You can pry open the port quite easily with a plastic tool or a flathead screwdriver covered in tape so as to not scratch the housing. It's held closed magnetically, so you won't damage anything by popping it open this way. Fair warning though- it will not charge or let you plug anything in if the car is dead. You must jump 12v first.
