Updated an hour ago or yesterday...

Recently when I open my iPhone or iPad Tesla app at the bottom of the screen is a tag with a spinning arrow telling me that an update occurred some time ago. When I try to summon the car it simply cannot connect to the car, repeated reconnect commands have no effect.

I've tried turning off the local wi-fi to see if that helps. Nada
