updates fail to download

updates have been scheduled to download for awhile now.

Wifi connected and signal seems sufficiently strong, but may not be IKD

Any suggestions?

From your post I'm not sure what you mean by "updates have been scheduled to download". Did you talk to someone at Tesla who said they'd push an update to your vehicle?

Or are you seeing messages about updates on the vehicle's big screen? If so a few quick photos might help.
