Can't be the same for M3, I think. All of M3's battery cells are made in Nevada. MS and MX battery cells are made overseas.
I just said what is on the stickers says 50% on all three.. Maybe on the M3, that meant several thousand other parts were imported? Maybe as long as it's 50% or more, that is all they have to report, and they don't bother giving the exact percentage. I don't know.
 
I seem to recall that when the Model S deliveries to Canada started, the price for Canadian customers was substantially increased due to a government-imposed fee for not meeting a certain threshold of US parts content. Is this no longer the case, at least for Model 3?
