USB Music Loading Error

I have 2 SanDisk Ultra Fit USB 3.0 32GB flash drives.
One is set up for the Dash Cam - works fine.
Second for music - FAT32, folders for albums.
  • the music drive is recognized by my M3 - shows all albums, all songs.
  • when I select a song receive a Loading Error
  • I've rebooted the screen & shut down and restarted the M3
  • Removed the Dash Cam drive and only had the music drive plugged in
  • Am on version 2018.48.12.1 - problem started with version 9
Does anyone else have this problem?
Fixes?

File formats of the music? .mp3 and .flac should work fine. I think .m4p, Apple's default format, does not work, and will cause loading errors. Make sure you don't try to play any incompatible files.
Thank you - I wasn't thinking of file format since the files played fine when first played. It seems that WMA files used to play, but now won't load. Changed to a different format, now they all play :)

I just recently getting this error after an update. My MP3s yes. They are all .mp3 we’re working fine Since I got the car until now. I can see all the file names but when i click the song I get a loading error. Any ideas how to fix?
