V11 Display Changes

V11 Is there a YouTube/Video Expert who can explain all these changes? I need to know how to quickly activate the rear window defroster??

I thought this V11 overview was good. 28 minutes:

I had to use VC to turn on rear defroster the other day. Guess what - with V11 that's completely pointless because you can't verify visually that the voice command actually worked! In order to do that, you have to open the HVAC page and check the defroster icon is illuminated. Might as well have done that in the first place with and just tap the defroster. V11 was not well thought out.
