VA safety inspection fun

Hm, I didn't mean for 'out of state' deliveries. I would 'assume' it's part of the registration they are doing for you. If you note that it's going 'where no inspection is needed', then they wouldn't 'do the needful' (IT joke there...).

I was originally responding to the idea that you don't need one at all for the first year in Virginia, and I'd never seen the like.

Follow up, they said they had to install the sticker. It is on the side, will remove closer to expiration so gate guards don't give me stink eye.

The sticker location change is welcome in most cars, as it's less obtrusive in the lower left than in the middle. What's annoying is that on one of my cars there's a couple of months gap between the new property tax decal (ugh) and the renewal of the inspection sticker, so right now the former is in the left and the latter is still in the middle.
