I got call this morning, the ISA from Las Vegas sent me my full VIN along with total price, inclusive of taxes and fees. I also filled out the credit application and submitted it an hour ago. Waiting for reply. I was told that my car will reach Vancouver on May 31st, and delivery will be between Jun 3-7. Exact date and time will be confirmed by local delivery specialist.
you are so Lucky my ISA from las vegas was very grumpy didnt tell me any VIN I asked her to change my email she changed to a wrong one ...and she hasn't reply the last email inquiry since last week, it seems like there is no way to complaint first time ever I see you wanna buy a car and pay money and you have to literally beg this people to give you information....that's just wrong
I just spoke with DA in Vancouver. She confirmed that I have a VIN# assigned but she said the ISA would send it to me. She expects my delivery date to be June 5 or 6.
She also gave me my trade in value which is not posted to my account yet. It seems very low, even when I consider the savings in tax. Might be that cars sell for more on the Island than in Vancouver. I guess I will try and sell it myself.

I was equally surprised Seamus, the call came at 7:45 am and the ISA was Alesia. She said no days off for Tesla office staff these days. I realized that Tesla would give a very low offer for trade in so I went ahead and sold my care privately for market value.
Mikeva, maybe try emailing again or leaving a voice mail. I sense that everyone is having a different experience with Tesla. we have all waited for so long for this car, I would hope that they would be thankful to us for believing in them and being loyal customer and treating us that way.

I would try and call the 4th Avenue location - they may be able to provide you some information.

I have my delivery booked for June 3 at the PNE. I'm still waiting for the final price including fees.

My Delivery Date is June 3rd at 2pm.
I'm still too waiting for the final price after the rebate ... I called today and they said my final paperwork would be completed today. Just checked now and still nothing
Kind of frustrating since I don't have the final numbers yet and I have to give my bank 3 working days notice to transfer the funds

You’re not alone - I configured on April 24th as well and don’t have my delivery date yet. Really hoping that’ll change tomorrow ...for both of us!

Is your ISA Christopher Malloy? Maybe he took the day off. Other Vegas ISAs seem to have been working today.
