Okay, this is starting to get ridiculous. I purposefully left the house knowing there would be some kind of an update when I got back, but zippo. No one has taken delivery at the Kits location post-Powell Street shutdown? Something...anything!

Edited to add the doomsday clock to inject a bit of drama. I'm betting it doesn't last a week. Hopefully we see a top-up this coming week so there aren't delayed deliveries and scrambling again.

I feel your pain man... Supposed to pickup June 10th for wife's bday (June 15th) and although it sounds they are course to deliver on time. These last minute changes with the delivery centre and BC EV rebates dwindling is making for a nailbiter!

I know nothing about aftermarket floor mats. Will use the SR+ for bombing around the city, so no snow, mud, etc. and have always been happy with OEM carpet. That said, the OEM ones are sold out...

Just FYI, I noticed the stock OEM carpeted floor mats are back in stock. Now that we're picking up in Kits, not sure if you can just grab them when you're there. It sounds like they're revamping their online store, so maybe not, but just FYI:
Model 3 Carpet Interior Mats.

The BC rebate is something I've been personally worrying about, but, objectively, I don't think it's a concern. My bet is they reload for another $10M this week: Reveal your VIN before it appears on your account

PS: My sales advisor said they "start" reserving rebates within two weeks after you order, but that they can only confirm at--or very close to--the delivery date. My hunch is that they would kill off a reserved order for a guy standing ready to take the Tesla if push comes to shove.

Yeah I searched "5YJ" on the source page and nothing showed up. I'm way too excited for this lol checking like every day :(

Have you received a call or text from the delivery center yet? If not, your delivery date is tentative.
Sadly, my sales guy just confirmed this. He said to ignore the online date until I receive either a call or a text from a delivery specialist.

Is there a chance the real date could be earlier than the one online? I doubt it, but it sounds like some folks here have been getting last minute calls/texts.

Am I right in thinking that the tap on the shoulder (to firm up the delivery time) usually comes a week before the expected delivery date?

Should you expect to see a VIN / purchase agreement before or after that call/text?

Heard from my sales guy. The Powell Street location can't handle "over 100 cars/day" being delivered, so it sounds like they decided to close down the 4th Ave. store to prioritize deliveries. If true, that's a good sign, not a bad one re: the abrupt closure of Powell Street. Wonder if anyone going past 4th notice a "Closed for Deliveries" sign on the door?!

Actually walked by West 4th today. It looks like you show up and wait your turn. Once called you go through the paper work and look over the car then get pushed out of there. There was a bit of a line.

Damn that place must be a gongshow these days. I'm glad I ordered it at that location before Powell location went down. The showroom is quite small. The back street to the entrance of the underground parking is TINY so large amount of traffic there would be a nightmare to navigate around.

The way they push people to sign before inspection I’m thinking of printing off a ton of inspection checklists to give to others in line. Lol.. DA’s would hate me for that.

I'm picking up my black/black/aero SR+ today at 1pm; I'll report back on my experience. Hopefully as a Monday it won't be as busy as a weekend. I will be taking my inspection checklist, though I've already decided there would have to be a pretty serious issue for me to reject.

Took delivery on Saturday at the Powell location. Had to wait 1.5hrs past my scheduled appointment because they hadn't written up the final MVPA (despite me calling and telling them multiple times). Everyone was helpful and obviously extremely busy though so it was hard to get mad at them for that. The delivery process itself took maybe 20mins from start to finish (including insurance with ICBC). Expect a gong show however, as others had also been waiting for 1hr+ past their scheduled time. One couple's car didn't arrive for like 30mins AFTER they had done all their paperwork etc.

My car was in perfect shape. Didn't follow a checklist but went over the interior/exterior for about 10-15mins and no issues other than a slight panel misalignment in the passenger side rear door, which I won't bother to have fixed. The car is amazing, unlike anything else I've driven before. And this is just the SR+.

The only issue I have now is like @cadetsea , I only got 1,500km of free supercharging instead of 7,500km. I'm pretty sure the promotion is based on order date, not delivery date. Hopefully they fix that soon.
