Very odd sleep pattern after MCU2

Hey everyone, noticed something odd after upgrading to MCU2, my car has been sleeping but in a very odd pattern. After parking, it goes to sleep very quickly as expected. But the pattern is 1 hour sleep, 5-10 minutes awake, 1 hour sleep, 1 hour 45 minutes awake. Repeat. I am on mobile so tried to attach a photo, hope that helps. I tried all the normal steps, changed Tesla account password. Deleted all apps, re installed one by one, but it still appears to be the same.

Additional information; when the car is asleep, if I enter it LTE takes 5-10 minutes to connect, so maybe related to a modem issue? I’m not completely sure, but any help would be appreciated

I think I had a similar thing happen last night. I'm wondering if this is something the car is doing, or an app waking the car? I use Tezlab and Nikola (trying to decide which I like best, skewing towards Tezlab) but I have them both set to not wake the car. It's a very regular pattern which looks like an app checking in? (PS it's a 2022 MY on 2022.4.5.3)

Hey @JohnRamboJedi,

Can I take a wild guess that your car is a 2017ish Model S ?

Some people (myself included) have been having the same issue you describe. You’ll find some relevant posts in this thread: Model S 2017 75D wont sleep properly 1hr sleep, 15min awake repeat... or in my post history (I have been posting about this for almost a year and all my posts about it are scattered around different threads). Good luck !
