Just got off the phone. So the car with my VIN is in SF for "maintenance", but the delivery specialist wasn't sure what that meant. He had to bring a manager into the conversation to get a better understanding. They told me that my "updated" account status is that they are actively looking for a VIN that matches my configuration, and even though I don't see my original VIN (even in source code), it is still assigned to me. He said by 2PM ET today Tyco is supposed to be notifying those with Saturday deliveries of the change. He set expectations of early July for this to be worked out.
And this is my 4th because my first VIN was in unacceptable delivery condition, and after a month, they weren't completed the repairs :-(
