I have 19" TE37 ultras and I had to use a hubcentric ring. I had a set custom made so it could clear the 3mm PUP hub lip.

19 x 9.5 ET35. I had the wheel holes drilled out to fit 14mm (really have to drill it out to 16mm). Got a custom hub ring machined to fit the performance model 2.5mm wheel/hub lip.

I waited for Volk to offer a Tesla specific fitting for the performance Model 3 and did not need spacers nor redrilling of holes. The hub bore on my TE37 are 64.2mm and et 34 for the 19x9.5.
