Is there a way to increase (decrease) the volume of the navigation voice? It is so low that I can not hear it if I have any music playing.

There should be an icon at the top of the navigation turn-by-turn listing to turn on/off the voice prompts. I believe this is also where you can set the volume.

    A) In the top left corner of the navigation screen, right next to the next instructions, is a volume control for navigation.

    B) While the voice is speaking, the volume dial controls that volume instead of the media volume.

while nav instruction are being announced you can use the left scroll button on the steering wheel to adjust the volume of the nav.

Just to expand on the steering wheel left hand volume control wheel--note that it is 'context sensitive'. If you are listening to audio and roll it up or down, you adjust the audio volume. If the nav is speaking and you roll the wheel, you adjust the nav volume (and in the left side of the instrument panel you will see this). if you are on a Bluetooth hands free phone call and roll the wheel, you adjust the volume of the call. Elegant.
