I had docs when I first got vinned because I was set to cash, but I called and changed to Tesla finance on Friday. It took a few hours to get the approval and the new docs aren’t there yet. Haven’t scheduled delivery yet. Got the impression when I called that the car was still at the factory.
If you do not get it via text or email, it should be available from the web site with your details, under the link to documents.
