Hey guys wanted to ask if it’s possible to walk into the delivery center without a specified time slot. The DS and sales reps from Tesla review the forum from time to time and know who I am so just to stay anonymous I created a new account. Anyways my delivery specialist hasn’t been keeping me in the loop even when I’ve reached out and called the customer support for my local service center I’ve been put on hold for hours and keep getting disconnected or on the line for almost three hours ! The only updates I’ve recieved were from my Tesla account and even those are not updated correctly. Long story short I called the wrong customer support line (model 3) and they had a 15 min hold line and they were able to update me on my delivery date and informed me that my car will be there at that location but informed me there was no scheduled time slot for pick up. She said it was okay to pick it up but I’m not really sure if anyone has done a pick up at the delivery location with no appointment. So I guess my question is if anyone has done that and what are the wait times like ?
