Wall charger is buggy

I've been looking at the Tesla Wall Connector stats (via http://teslawallconnector_a4d62d/api/1/lifetime) to try and see how much energy the car is really using, mainly for my own curiosity and because the in-car stats don't count the usage when pre-conditioning, parked, etc...

However, it looks like the Wall Connector has some bugs in how it keeps track of the lifetime usage.

For example, if I start a charging session at 2000 kwh lifetime usage, and add 40 kWh in a session, then my lifetime stats will end at 2040 kwh. However, sometimes, when starting the next session, the lifetime usage inexplicably jumps to 2080 kwh. I would have expected the lifetime stat to be its own counter, but it appears as if it's actually taking the session value, and it's sometimes double-counting the previous session when adding it to the lifetime stats.

I did find this thread from about it: Tesla Wall Connector Gen 3 RESTful

I'm just curious if anyone else has run into this.
