Wall charger stops after 1KW and says lost connection

New Model Y performance/ New wall charger. The breaker doesn’t flip but after it stops there is no lights are on the wall charger until I flip the breaker on and off.

mine had a setting where the max current was set to "0" this was turned on after 2nd wall connector was installed. take a look at the wall connector UI and see what you find and verify its commissioned properly. have not seen this before.
