Wall Connector or UMC Cable

If I can't install a wall connector at my parking space, is it better to get the UMC cable instead? Or still get the wall connector then try to sell it?

Yes. I was given a choice between a wall connector or a UMC cable.

Is the UMC cable offered in Hong Kong for use with various standard electrical outlets like the European and North America UMCs? Or is it a Type2 to Type2 cable for use with public EV charging stations as used in Europe?

Odvalso,

Do you plan to use public EV chargers with your car, or 100% rely on superchargers? If the former you may need a Type2 to Type2 cable.

Also consider if there are electrical outlets that are not designed for EV charging that you may want to use sometimes, if so you need a Tesla UMC.

I would discuss this with your Tesla Delivery Specialist.

Me too and I chose the UMC. My DS told me I will get a type 2 charger cable as well the UMC cable for 13A.

This is correct. The blue type 2 cable is a standard accessory. Then, UMC in exchange for the wall connector.

Yes and yes. I think all Model X comes with a wall connector.
