Was 1.37 now 0.3.11with BUG V2

Upgraded the gateway to a V2 BUG.

It was a pretty easy swap over but I have now lost the advanced configuration options in the app: TOU etc.

Called support and they said they would reappear shortly. It has been twelve hours and no show yet.

I guess the V2 gateway has not landed in the states yet and I don't think many V1 users in Aus will have tried the upgrade so this may be a novel problem.

...and a few API changes with V2 (or may just be with changing from a normal gateway to a backup gateway) -

site.frequency is now 0 - was the grid frequency so I'm using battery.frequency instead although it no longer correlates so well with the APC reported frequency.

same for site.instant_average_voltage
