Monday began with a call from the Tesla team asking if I wanted to take delivery during March. (YP Red/White, placed in early September). I replied "YES!". The next step was to be a VIN and a call from the local delivery team.
With all the news about Fremont possibly being forced to close today, I called the local Tesla store for an update. They verified it was scheduled to be delivered in March, but at this point, "We are in a fluid situation" and had no new information. So, if you were waiting for a March delivery, the dates may shift a bit. Separately, this also puts stress on their first-quarter numbers. Let's hope for the best during this crazy global situation.
