I'm annoyed that article makes it sound like it's a residential rooftop solar problem; when the problem persists into industry scale solar facilities too. The author keeps highlighting the number residential installs; which could mean the reader concludes the SEIA's comments around end of life are exclusive to residential solar panels.
Also on another forum I'm on, someone linked this article and used it as evidence that coal and natural gas are more environmentally friendly than solar. Since in their eyes, coal has no end of life waste and has zero pollutants (eg: clean coal).
