weird sound from bottom (maybe battery pack) of model 3

Hey friends,

Two weeks ago, I bought a used 2019 model 3 (34k miles) from Tesla. I love the car but there is a weird noise from the bottom of the car, I'm wondering if there is any issues with the battery pack.

It usually happens when I turn left and go over a bump. See videos.

When the second tire or the third tire go through the minor ditch, it makes that noise. It's sometimes reproduce-able but not always.

I went to service center a week ago, I showed this video and sound recording to them but couldn't reproduce it to the Tesla technician.

But the issue still persists. Should I be worried about this? Anyone knows what might be going on?

My 2019 SR+ does that exact same thing when going over speed bumps at an angle, and I pretty much hear it everyday when driving. I think it’s just the metal underbody of the battery flexing and shouldn’t be anything to worry about.

could that be the hub caps? they have plastic fins that need to be cut off.
