what does this mean? limited by fan speed

After the update yesterday the car seem slower and I notice this on the bottom of the screen while driving. anyone else getting this after update?

Cooling performance will be limited by your manually defined fan speed. Put the HVAC system back in automatic or turn up the fan speed and that message will disappear.

Yep it essentially means "you want the car to get to 66 degrees, but because you have the fan set on 2, it's limited in its ability to get you there." The same thing will happen with range mode on, you may see "limited by range mode" at the bottom beneath the temperature.
