What is hidden behind the front "vent"?

I would like to install front plates like:
CH KFZ Kennzeichen Tesla X.jpg
The EVannex plates bracket (The Law) seems to be mounted similarly.
Nevertheless, people warn from radar or active cooling interference. What is really behind this vent (in the middle) and would the shown plate really interfere with something?

The radar is above (and to the side, I think) of this plate area and air is not fully blocked as the plate sits in front of the grille. No problems since putting US size plate on my X with The Law Torklift, The Law
Thank you for your comment - looks like I am going to ignore the argument against this mount -
Just one more thing - are you referring to the autopilot 2.0 hardware? If not - might the radar location be different? (Actually the MS is said to have it installed behind the front Tesla logo)

Having said that - I found this:

First: Thank you for posting - your model (AP2?) looks great!
From what I can tell there is no sensor/radar in front of the vent opening and It's looks like you could care less as you do not need a front licence plate ;-) I guess mine will not interfere with the cooling...
