HW3 should be able to put the car in reverse or perform an advanced PIT maneuver technique to neutralize the truck, even sacrificing itself to save others' lives. HWX along with the flying car capability should simply launch itself into the air, or at least it can eject all the occupants in time or hope for the incoming truck's AEB or AP to take action.

To answer the OP, nothing currently. Not sure anyone could have reliably avoided getting hit by that a-hole. In theory, you could accelerate and move out of his lane, assuming neighboring lanes were clear. Maybe pull off on the shoulder. Then again, a drunk idiot like that might lose control and take you out anyway.
