7SAY is how all Model Y VINs start regardless of factory.
You want to look at PFXXXXXX or PAXXXXX at the end of the VIN to determine the factory. If F=Fremont, if A=Austin. (P=2023)
You probably do have a PFXXXXXX if picked up at Fremont.

I picked up mine Austin built over the weekend, all checked out well. No issues. Now the prices have been further reduced
