Uber credits work for many, but not all situations. Best idea is to have a conversation with the SC - either via text or phone. They’re human, just like the rest of us. If your SC is anything like mine (Paramus NJ) - they’ll bend over backwards to try to accommodate you.
Maybe coming right after work the night before so you can pickup a loaner is an option? My Buick dealer used to do that - even though service was closed (long before sales) - they’d leave the loaner keys with the finance office so I could just pick it up during sales hours. I’m sure Tesla can work something out.
